These training sessions were designed to deliver intensive and carefully tailored content to equip young people with both knowledge and practical skills—not only to help them enter the labor market with confidence but also to transform their entrepreneurial dreams into tangible realities.

The sessions covered a wide range of essential topics at the core of career planning, including:

• Planning for the post-graduation phase, and how to leverage academic skills to build a successful career path

• Mechanisms for creating job opportunities amid market challenges, with a focus on the in-demand skills that increase competitiveness

• Turning ideas into real-life projects, from concept to execution

• Feasibility studies, and how to analyze small projects in line with Egypt’s investment map

• Inspiring success stories, featuring entrepreneur Sara Abdel Gawad, founder of the “Sarosha” project, who shared her real-life experience in establishing her business and overcoming challenges
