Examining and analysing laws, considering four levels of interaction with the legal system:

A. The absence of legal texts or discriminatory texts or that doesn’t consider the gender dimension, which requires

-Studying the legal situation, judicial files, and practical applications, and conducting comparative studies to benefit from international experiences.

-Drafting legal proposals that is more just, launching advocacy campaigns directed at decision-makers and parliamentarians,

-Increasing awareness to create a public opinion about an issue

B. Studying the implementation mechanisms and the extent of the justice system’s response to social developments and needs, through:

-Analysing the legal system at the applied level of enforcement to find out the gaps and challenges before the application of the law, whether at the level of work regulations or administrative decisions,

-Raising the awareness and efficiency of those in charge of the application,

-Cooperating with the concerned authorities to raise the efficiency of implementation by spreading awareness and training

C. Raising the society’s awareness of the law and their interaction with the extent of their confidence in the justice system and facilitating their ability to access justice

-Managing the first online legal platform (Mohamek) in Egypt that provides consultations via the Internet and the phone within 24 hours

-Providing more than 3000 legal and economic consultations for men, women and entities per month

-Analysing legal and economic consultations to identify weaknesses in the laws, the level of community awareness of the rights and obligations contained in the laws, and how to develop good solutions

Managing a comprehensive awareness platform (Hekayat Nehad) to publish awareness materials including, TV show episodes, awareness online videos, brochures, and information to reach nearly 10 million monthly users

D- Providing legal and judicial support through

-A team of lawyers specialized in the highest degree of professionalism in legal and judicial work, in addition to the use of the highest local and international expertise in all relevant fields

-Studying legal files and responding to the defence in Egyptian courts

-Partnership with Arab and regional offices to provide cross-country legal support
